Baby Avocado

I am now 16 weeks and 1 day pregnant! The baby's size is likened to that of an avocado. I lovingly referred to it as "Guacamole Head" yesterday - I thought it was funny. Last weekend we bought two baby outfits - a boy version and a girl version. TEN DAYS until we find out what Baby Avocado is!!! I can't believe it - it seems like just yesterday that we scheduled the appt to have the ultrasound done! We're so excited! There are several people who think its a girl...we'd like to hear what you think, too. Feel free to leave us a comment!

I'm still thinking it's a girl, but I was wrong about baby Erik!!

I say girl...but maybe that is because I have a girl and I can not even fathom having a boy! Although David says he wants a boy really bad...that will be a little while. Whatever Guacamole Head is he or she will be so loved!

You know my vote--I'm sticking to it! There are obvious plusses to having another baby girl or boy on the Villacampa side, so either one would be great. Lots of people thought I was going to have a boy, though, and look what happened with me! Just make sure you call AS SOON AS you get out of your appointment!
I know you all are voting boy, so I'll go with your vote and go against the flow. Of course, you do realize all of the many reasons why people are thinking that you'll have a girl! If you would wait a couple of more weeks until you are showing more, that might help. Then again, people think that I'm carrying like I'm having a boy....
Enough of the babble! I'm up in the air. Sheesh, all of that and I can't give you a good vote!

So, you couldn't go to the store and buy an avocado? Just kidding. I have no feelings either way. I'm just excited about another grandbaby and pray that you guys will stay in Mobile. I love you three! I hope to be there on "gender day", but may be keeping our sweet, beautiful Miss Ella. We'll see Mama "Gran".

After much thought, I came to my decision yesterday about whether you're having a girl or boy. I'll show you how I decided when we get to Mobile and it's no more scientific than anybody else's guess. You're having a boy. :)
