The Name Game, Part II

We finally decided on a middle name for our baby girl...or should I say Nick decided. We were both being indecisive and I was having commitment issues, so I finally just told him to pick one. And he did. So now he's working on which spelling we'll use. But without further adieu, her name will be Taylor Elyse (or Elise) Villacampa! We hope you like it. But if you don't, too bad :)

Update

I went to my 32 week visit today and everything is fine. To give you a little history the past 2 visits I've measured small (about 1 week behind), but my Dr. wasn't concerned b/c I was steadily gaining weight. Today when she measured my belly with the tape measurer I measured 2 weeks behind, so I got another ultrasound. Everything is fine, Taylor is growing, and all of her measurements looked pretty good. My Dr. said she thinks the baby is just sitting low in my pelvis causing me to measure small. I can handle that. Oh, and I only gained 1 pound since my last visit. I attached a picture of my 32 week belly!

Two Months To Go!

My due date is only two months away! Yep, only two months! It's really hard to believe that Nick and I are going to be parents in such a short time. Nick said he's had a few "Oh gosh" moments but I haven't...hmmm, does that mean that it hasn't really hit me yet? Perhaps. But every now and then I'll look at my changing body and think, "I really do have a baby growing inside of me!" And we get to meet her in about 2 months! I often wonder when she'll be born, what/who she'll look like, how much she'll weigh, etc. We'll just have to wait and see - but if the remainder of my pregnancy goes by as quickly as the first 30 weeks have, it won't seem far away at all!

Taylor has a dresser!

A couple of weekends ago we went to Tallahassee to go to my (Nick) sister's baby shower. While we were there we took back a dresser that we'd let them borrow. They didn't need the dresser anymore and we thought that we could use it in the nursery. All of the furniture in Taylor's room will be white, so as you can see from the pictures, we had to paint it. It was a fun project for me and we think it turned out pretty good.

Why the pictures of the police cars in the slide show? While I was outside painting, 4 cop cars pulled over a guy right in front of our house. The one cop that I could see came out of his car with his gun drawn, but they arrested the guys without any trouble. From what we could see it looked like the cops took a gun and some drugs out of the car. Anyone want to come visit us?!

Taylor has a stroller!

At Robyn's shower last weekend her grandmother and one of her aunts bought our stoller for us. When they bought it, Babies R Us was out of the pattern that we wanted. So yesterday we called the store and they had our pattern in stock. We really like it and hope that Taylor will too.
